The Remote Patient Monitoring Company will Present Strategies to Achieve Positive Blood Pressure Outcomes for Patient with Chronic Conditions at the American Heart Association's Annual Conference

DALLAS - Nov. 8, 2021 - PRLog -- TupeloLife Digital Therapeutics (DTx) is set to participate in the American Heart Association's Scientific Sessions Annual Conference. The Dallas-based Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM) software and monitoring company will be participating in an expert panel session discussing blood pressure technology platforms and presenting in the Innovation Showcase. This year Scientific Sessions will be a virtual event taking place November 13 through the 15th.

TupeloLife's first session will take place on Saturday and will be a panelist discussion on Self-Measured Blood Pressure Platforms and Devices. This panel will include a description of the technology platforms that are used to support self-measured blood pressure (SMBP), especially in under-resourced communities. On Sunday, TupeloLife will present their company research and finding of their Value Based RPM program in the Innovation Showcase.

Scientific Sessions 2021 offers the global educational experience to improve cardiovascular health, champion scientific discovery, and innovate clinical practice. The three-day event will feature talks, panels, symposiums, and virtual exhibitions.
